ACGRAM LLC is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of any third-party service. Third-party service disruptions, data inaccuracies, or API changes may affect ACGRAM product functionality without prior notice.

DATA PROCESSING NOTICE

ACGRAM products process user-provided data including but not limited to: organization information, compliance documentation, personnel records, vendor/supplier data, and regulatory filing information. ACGRAM LLC processes this data solely to provide the contracted services and in accordance with applicable data processing agreements.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to submit data to ACGRAM products and for maintaining accurate, complete records.
