DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All ACGRAM Blueprints™ are digital software intellectual property products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or made accessible to the Licensee.

CANCELLATION ELIGIBILITY

ACGRAM may, at its sole discretion, issue a cancellation in the following circumstances:

The product was not delivered or made accessible within 5 business days of confirmed payment
The product is materially different from the description on our website at the time of purchase
A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@acgram.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

NON-CANCELLABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for cancellations:

Products that have been downloaded, accessed, or deployed
Custom-quoted or bespoke license agreements
Products where the Licensee has received the complete deliverable as described
Services already rendered (consulting, implementation support)

EU/UK CONSUMERS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content delivered online, this right is waived once delivery begins with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.

By completing a purchase of an ACGRAM digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Subject: Cancellation Request — [Order Number]

Include:

Your name and email address used for the purchase
Order or invoice number
Date of purchase
Reason for the cancellation request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved cancellations are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
