What is ACGRAM?
ACGRAM LLC is a software intellectual property (IP) product studio based in Wyoming, USA. We build and license enterprise-grade compliance and commercial software products — called Blueprints™ — for regulated industries across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union.

What are ACGRAM Blueprints™?
Blueprints™ are software IP products that organizations license to accelerate their compliance programs, commercial operations, and regulatory workflows. Each Blueprint is a complete, production-ready software product covering a specific compliance domain (privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, trade compliance, etc.) or commercial function (B2B quoting, digital product passports, eCommerce compliance).

Who are ACGRAM products designed for?
Our products serve compliance officers, legal teams, CISOs, privacy professionals, and technology leaders at organizations in regulated industries including financial services, healthcare/medtech, technology/SaaS, eCommerce/retail, manufacturing, and private equity/venture capital.

PURCHASING

How do I purchase an ACGRAM Blueprint™?
Click "Request a Quote" on any product page or from your cart. Our team will review your requirements and provide a customized quote within 2 business days. We offer flexible deal structures including flat fee buyout, licensing fees, and hybrid arrangements.

Why don't you show prices on the website?
Each Blueprint™ license is customized based on the organization's size, deployment scope, deal structure preference, and support requirements. We provide transparent, tailored pricing through our quote process rather than one-size-fits-all pricing.

What deal structures are available?
We offer three primary structures: Flat Fee Buyout (one-time purchase, you own the license permanently), Licensing Fee (annual or multi-year recurring license), and Hybrid (combination of upfront fee plus ongoing licensing). We're happy to discuss which structure best fits your organization during the quote process.

Do you offer payment plans?
Payment plan options are currently under development and will be available soon. Contact us via the Request a Quote form to discuss your needs.

Can I see a demo before purchasing?
Yes. Include "demo request" in your quote submission message and we'll arrange a walkthrough of the Blueprint(s) you're interested in.

PRODUCTS

What industries do your products cover?
Our Blueprints™ address compliance and commercial needs across all regulated industries, with particular depth in: EU regulations (Cyber Resilience Act, AI Act, GDPR, Digital Product Passports), US compliance (22+ state privacy laws, OFAC sanctions, export controls), UK regulations (Cyber Security & Resilience Bill, UK GDPR), and Canadian compliance (PIPEDA, provincial privacy laws).

What does "Coming Soon" mean on some products?
Products labeled "Coming Soon" are in active development and undergoing legal review. Because these products perform regulatory analysis functions (such as legal applicability assessments or sanctions screening), we are ensuring our liability frameworks meet the highest standards before release. Click "Request a Quote" and include "notify me" to be alerted when they launch.

Are your products platform-specific?
Most ACGRAM Blueprints™ are platform-agnostic and can be deployed in any environment. Some products are designed for specific platforms — our Shopify and BigCommerce products are built specifically for those ecosystems. Product descriptions indicate platform requirements.

Do you provide source code?
Licensing terms vary by deal structure. Flat Fee Buyout licenses may include source code access. Licensing Fee arrangements typically provide access to the compiled/deployed product. Specific terms are outlined in each quote and governed by our EULA.

COMPLIANCE AND LEGAL

Do ACGRAM products guarantee compliance?
No. ACGRAM Blueprints™ are software tools that assist organizations with their compliance programs. They do not provide legal advice, regulatory certification, or compliance assurance. Is ACGRAM a law firm or compliance consultancy?
No. ACGRAM LLC is a software company. We build tools, not advice. Our products help organizations organize, track, and manage their compliance workflows — but the compliance decisions remain yours.

How do you protect my data?
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), multi-factor authentication on administrative accounts, and regular security assessments. Our infrastructure leverages platforms with SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Do you comply with GDPR?
Yes. ACGRAM processes data in accordance with GDPR requirements. For EU/UK customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement, contact legal@acgram.com.

Where is my data stored?
ACGRAM's infrastructure is hosted in the United States. For customers with data residency requirements, please discuss this during the quote process.

How do I get help with a product?

What support is included with my license?
All licenses include email-based support. Enhanced support options (priority response, dedicated account management, implementation assistance) are available and can be discussed during the quote process.

How do I report a bug or issue?
Email support@acgram.com with a description of the issue, steps to reproduce it, and any screenshots. We triage all reported issues within 1 business day.

How do I report a security vulnerability?
