DIGITAL DELIVERY

All ACGRAM Blueprints™ are digital software products delivered electronically. There are no physical products to ship.

DELIVERY PROCESS

After your purchase is confirmed or your custom quote is accepted:

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details
Product access or download instructions will be provided within 2 business days
For custom or enterprise licenses, delivery timelines are specified in your quote or order form

Some products may require a brief onboarding or setup process. ACGRAM will coordinate delivery directly with the primary contact on the order.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Standard products: Within 2 business days of payment confirmation
Custom/Enterprise licenses: As specified in your quote (typically 5–10 business days)
Quote requests: We respond to all quote requests within 2 business days

NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING

ACGRAM does not ship physical products. No shipping fees apply. All products are delivered digitally.
